Building and Construction Law

We specialise in acting for home owners who are building a residential dwelling and have a dispute with a builder.  These disputes generally involve construction delays, price increases and workmanship issues.

We appear frequently in the Building Disputes Tribunal.  We also have acted for clients in the Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court in relation to these kinds of disputes.
